Privacy Policy

The short version

Fortuna Daily has no accounts and no server. Everything you enter stays on your phone. We cannot see your name, birth details, readings, check-ins or anything else you do in the app, and we do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers or tracking data of any kind.

What the app stores, and where

To work, the app saves on your device: the name you choose, your date, time and place of birth, your time zone and chosen city, your daily readings and luck scores, game results, evening check-in answers, tarot draws, compatibility reports (including the name and birth date you enter for the other person), notification preferences, and a small learning model built from your own ratings. This data never leaves your device through the app. You can save a copy (You → Save a copy of my data) or erase it all (You → Erase my data) at any time; deleting the app also deletes it.

Purchases

Premium subscriptions are bought through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the payment and tells the app only whether a subscription is active; we never receive your name, card details or address. Apple’s and Google’s own privacy policies apply to the purchase.

Notifications

Morning and evening reminders are scheduled by the app on your own phone. No push service or server is involved.

What we receive

Nothing from the app itself. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and what you write, and use it only to help you. Apple and Google provide us aggregated, anonymous download and sales statistics.

Children

The app is not for children under 16, and the set-up asks for your age bracket via your date of birth.

Your rights (GDPR/CCPA and similar laws)

Because your data stays on your device and we hold nothing about you, access, portability, correction and deletion are all in your hands inside the app. For anything about support emails we hold, or to ask a question or complain, contact founder@thehireright.in. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If a future version of the app ever changes what is collected, this policy will be updated first and the change will be clearly shown in the app.
